Did you know?
Leading well
The traditional position to lead a horse often is next to the shoulder. However, a higher ranking horse would either lead from in front of the other or push it forward from behind – thus walking right next to the shoulder is an open invitation to misbehaviour. If you want to have an eye on your horse when and be a true leader – go next to his head.
